Maggie Shine is the president and owner. Maggie holds multiple licenses in the securities industry and has a background which includes work for the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) as an examiner. She also served as vice-president of Operations and Compliance for a broker-dealer before starting her own training firm. Maggie has degrees in economics and finance as well as an MBA from Rockhurst College. Her education and experience set her apart in the field of securities training.
The North American Securities Administrators Association has announced that effective January 1, 2010 the scores required for passing Series 63, 65 and 66 have been changed. Series 63 and Series 65 will require a score of 72% for passage, while the Series 66 will require a score of 75%.
